My first new car!

We finally made a dcision to get my first brand new car. We did search around and decided to give Klein Honda a try. We met Rich Leavitt, who is our sales guy, very nice, knowledgeable, and patience guy ( we spent 5 hours over there), for those who is looking forward to buy car at Klein Honda, he is the man!

4th Lease and Still Going Strong

I'll confess that I wasn't looking for a new car when I brought my former vehicle in for a simple oil change. However, I was browsing the showroom when Alex Luu walked up and asked if I needed any help. I told him that I wasn't really looking, but the topic was open for discussion. I test drove an Insight, but decided on the CRV LX because of its versatility and reliability in our Pacific Northwest climate. Alex was highly knowledgable and persistent and made me an offer I just couldn't refuse (after some intense negotating, of course). :-)

Love my new 2010 CRV

We started looking for a new vehicle at the beginning of the month. My wife is pregnant with our second child so we wanted to get a mid sized SUV. We were looking at Toyota, Kia, and Hondas. I had heard about a car buying program thru USAA and went that route. When we decided to go for a honda CRV we recieved three prices from three different dealerships. The first one was actually the cheapest but they never returned my call. The second was Klein Honda and they were very prompt in there response and were only $100 dollars more. Plus they had the exact vehicle we wanted.

Best Experience Ever!

I have never had as great a car-buying experience as I did at Klein Honda. We went in with a budget and had spent the last 3 weekends touring car lots. Everyone was showing us Cavaliers and mini vans. Klein Honda didn't do that. Our salesman Rich listened to our needs and wants, and then delivered. We bought the 2nd car that we test drove. There was never any pressure, my kid played on the display jet ski, and everyone treated us really well. I will definitely look to Klein Honda for my next car, and I encourage everyone to go there first!

Great Service On My Honda Pilot. Klein Honda Saved Me Money!

My husband and I recently moved into the Seattle area from California. We had a Honda Pilot that needed to be serviced. The service light alert popped up in the dash and we did not know where to take our Pilot in for servicing. I started to search for recommended local Honda dealers on google.com and city search and noticed that I had a couple of choices, but I wanted to get my Pilot serviced by a reputable dealer. So I read several dealer reviews and decided to go with the dealer that had the most positive feedback. I wanted to be certain that I was going to be treated well and receive a fair price because in the past I was taken advantage of. (I will not provide the dealer name that did this to me in California). The recommended dealer was Klein Honda, so I called them up and scheduled an appointment. When I brought my car in for servicing, Klein Honda promptly greeted me and asked if I wanted a shuttle ride or wait in the lounge until my car was done.

Everyone in the office was extremely friendly. They were very helpful and we emailed before and tried to get a little information. James was very friendly and knowledgeable about all our questions. GREAT SERVICE!!!!

What a great place to buy a car. 5 STARS!

After searching for a new Honda for several weeks and visiting both of the eastside Honda stores and tehn the Lynnwood store, the ONLY store where we felt comfortable and relaxed was Klein Honda. We purchased the vehicle in mid August and had some accessories added after the sale and had an opportunity to use the service department for installation and WOW, everything just went so very smoothly. we live in Bellevue and would never consider the drive too far for the pricing and service we received. Our salesperson Bob Labor was terriffic and fun to work with. We happily vote Klein Honda the best around!

They do a great job!

Everyone is so friendly. I don't feel pressured when I'm there. They do a great job on my Odyssey when I have it serviced. The prices are reasonable.

Best Car Buying Experience

Third car buying experience and I must say that it was by far the very best. Third time is a charm is so true. The reason I bought from Klein Honda was their sales process. They listen to my wants and needs and were not pushy. I shopped around at other dealerships and then I came to Klein Honda. My first impression was "wow." The atmosphere in this store was completely different than other dealerships.

Notably good service experience

Great service - the best car oil change I have ever had. Very helpful, friendly employees. Prompt and quick service. Clean and inviting waiting area. They have a whole rack of computer games for my kids to play with. Air conditioned and cool on a hot day.

My Review of Klein Honda

I had a superior experience with Klein Honda. I am a repeat customer; as I purchased my 2000 Honda Civic there, and now have a new Honda Fit. Raj is a great salesperson. He was knowledgeable about the car, it's parts, mileage and construction. He was very friendly, honest, and not pushy at all. He made my purchase from Klein Honda a pleasant experience. And, he has remained in good communication with me in regards to any concerns or questions I had. I will definitely return to Klein Honda for my next purchase, and will see Raj again.
